We accept returns on non-perishable items such as:

Vases
Home accessories
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, perishable items, such as flowers and live plants, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
